WHAT WE DO

Loss of heritage means not just losing important links with the past that are highly valued by communities but also the erosion of the unique sense of place, culture and community that differentiates one town or city from another. Buildings, like people and places, need to adapt to survive.

The Prince’s Regeneration Trust’s projects enable under-used or redundant buildings to perform a new function, unlocking a regeneration of the wider community. The Trust works with building owners, community groups, developers, local authorities and other public bodies to establish an appropriate economic and sustainable new use for listed heritage buildings. We apply a complete end-to-end approach to projects using developer-led solutions.
