Educated at University College School, London and the College of Estate Management, Reading University.

His business career began in 1971 with John D Wood & Co including two years as Director of the Paris office. In 1975 worked with Haslemere Estates Plc (specialising in restoration and conversion of historic buildings, including the Old Deanery, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and the Richmond Riverside Scheme, which remains the largest Classical urban regeneration project in Europe. He was Director 1985-1986. From there he co-foundered and directed Ranelagh Development Ltd, a private property company, which specialised in quality commercial developments in London and the South-East, sold out to Kumagai Gumi in 1989. In 1991 he became Development Director for Poundbury, appointed by HRH The Prince of Wales and the Duchy of Cornwall.

Andrew Hamilton’s career has included involvement in local conservation matters for many years, including over ten years as Planning Secretary of the Chelsea Society, and lay advisor to the Civic Trust. Since 2005, Andrew has been Chairman of the Prince's Regeneration Trust, and was awarded the College of Estate Management, "Property Person of the Year Award" 2006.

Bet Davies is one of Wales’ leading communications practitioners, who has headed up communications operations in both the Wales Tourist Board and the Welsh Development Agency, and latterly was Director of Marketing and Communications for Cardiff’s bid for the title of European Capital of Culture.

As an independent communications consultant Bet specialises in three main areas of economic activity in Wales; tourism, culture and business. A native of North Wales, Bet has a detailed knowledge of the public and private sector at a local and national level. Clients include Wales Millennium Centre, HERIAN – Heritage in Action and Sewta – South East Wales Transport Alliance.

In 2002 she was honoured by the Japanese Government with the Gaimudaijin Kanshai ( Foreign Minister’s Commendation) for her work in promoting both economic and cultural ties between Japan and Wales.

Bet Davies has a Master’s Degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Stephen Goldman is an independent fundraiser. Previously UK Executive Director of Friends of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Jewish Care.

After leaving Jewish Care, Stephen successfully launched his own fundraising consultancy specialising in organisational re-structuring, fundraising strategy and major gift development.

Past clients have included: The Roundhouse, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Jewish Day School Advisory Board, Overseas Adoption Helpline, Kids Company, Cancer BACUP, Haven House Children’s Hospice, The Weizmann Institute of Science, Nightingale House & Bar Ilan University.

Fionnuala Jay-O’Boyle is Principal Associate of Jay Associates Public & Government Affairs based in Belfast. She has extensive experience in the development of public policy, and the promotion of major Northern Ireland food and tourism initiatives. In 1995, she founded the Belfast Buildings Preservation Trust and remains as its Patron and a serving director. In addition, she serves on the Council of Management of the Architectural Heritage Fund, and the board of the Irish Landmark Trust. She has previously been Chairman of Belfast Civic Trust , a member of the Northern Ireland Historic Buildings Council and chairman of a major Community Development Trust.

Away from the buildings world, her interests include opera and theatre. She is the founding patron of TOSINI(Teachers of singing in Ireland), and a founding member of the Glenarm Opera Trust.

J.W. Kaempfer is Chairman of London-based McArthurGlen, a company he and his partners from The Kaempfer Company jointly founded in 1993 with BAA, Plc. Mr. Kaempfer received his MBA degree from Harvard University.

McArthurGlen UK, Ltd. is an independent company owned primarily by Mr. Kaempfer together with his in-house partners. The company is Europe's largest developer, owner and manager of designer outlet shopping villages.

Mr. Kaempfer was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Washington, DC based Kaempfer Company, which he founded in 1977. This firm, merged with Vornado Real Estate Investment Trust in 2003, is a diversified real estate development, management and construction firm specializing in first class urban office buildings.

In his developments, on both sides of the Atlantic, Mr. Kaempfer and his partners have become known for creating retail, office (and until 1990, residential) developments that were, in the case of new buildings - of the finest quality and design and genuinely sensitive to their existing built environment; and in the case of the extensive portfolio of historic buildings, some of the finest, most highly acclaimed renovations and reconstructions.

The company has saved a number of large buildings that had essentially been abandoned by circumstance, expense, or others who were faint of heart.

He was educated at Radley College followed by Reading University where he obtained a degree in Estate Management. In 1979 he started his career in property at Knight Frank & Rutley where he specialised in office letting and development. In 1984 he joined the quoted property company, London & Edinburgh Trust plc, where he became a Director in 1989. In 1992 he moved to Brussels as Chief Executive of SPP.LET NV responsible for investment and development activity across seven countries in Europe.

In 1994 Mr Kaye was appointed Development Director of Helical Bar plc a leading quoted property investment and development company. In the last 10 years he has been responsible for a completed development programme of nearly two million square foot of mainly office and industrial use. The current and future development programme is in excess of one million square foot and includes a major urban regeneration project at White City.

He is a member of the Board of the British Council for Offices.

Stephen is the Managing Director of Hines operations in the UK joining in 2006. From 1995 to 2006 Mr. Musgrave was firstly Development Director and then CEO of Grosvenor (UK & Ireland), The Duke of Westminster’s international property company. He has thirty years of Real Estate experience and has been responsible for some of the largest mixed-use city centre projects in the UK, as well as managing an investment, development and fund management business with assets under management of circa six billion pound. Hines UK is an active developer in the commercial, logistics and residential sectors with projects in both London and elsewhere throughout the Country. Mr. Musgrave has a Bachelors degree in Estate Management and is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is Chairman of the BPF Regeneration & Development Committee, a Director of the Reading Real Estate Foundation and a Freeman of the City of London.

Before his retirement in December 2006, David worked for Barratt Developments plc for 27 years, including 17 years on the Main Board and 4 years as Chief Executive. The current holder of the UK Regeneration Champion of the Year Award (November 2006), he remains very active in the housing and property sector with a special interest in the provision of homes for first time buyers and social housing. He is currently a non-executive director of The Homebuilders Federation and McCarthy and Stone plc, as well as a Trustee of Prostate Research. He is also an Appeal Board member at Shelter, the major homelessness charity.
