Mostyn Gallery Llandudno BRICK workshop

BRICK Roadshow comes to Llandudno

Heritage experts from The Prince’s Regeneration Trust (PRT) are bringing their regeneration roadshow to North Wales to help communities save the buildings they love.

The 12th BRICK workshop takes place in the seaside town of Llandudno on Wednesday 24th June. The day-long event will focus on how participants can regenerate and operate heritage sites as visitor attractions and, more broadly, how they can ensure that historic buildings have a sustainable future.

The three-year BRICK roadshow provides expert advice and support to community groups and not-for-profit organisations involved in heritage-led regeneration projects. The aim is to equip such groups with the necessary skills and expertise to save and reuse cherished local buildings as well as to build a better future for their communities.

Ros Kerslake, Chief Executive of PRT, said: "We are thrilled to be holding our 12th BRICK workshop in Llandudno. As the largest seaside resort in Wales with a wealth of heritage buildings, Llandudno is an ideal location for a workshop focusing on the use of historical sites for visitor attractions."

The workshop takes place at MOSTYN Art Gallery in Vaughan Street, Llandudno, from 10.00am to 4.30pm.
